Al-Suwaiket indicated in statements to “Al-Khail Website” that the beginning of breeding horses in his family dates back to his grandfather, adding, “My father bought a group of Jaziri horses, and fed its program with another group, until 2007, to buy the first Egyptian mare named Monia Abu Znika, then buy it A group of distinguished Egyptian mares, “noting that a number of other horses were purchased, but they were sold after their purchase because they were not compatible with the breeding program for the stall.”
Al-Suwaiket Stud Breeding Program
Al-Suwaiket pointed out to his father’s development of a special idea for the breeding program in the Al-Suwaiket farm, which is building a strong generation of farm production that carries special advantages, so that whoever watches the production of Al-Suwaiket farm knows it from the features that distinguish it, adding, “Our success in producing a distinctive stallion named Faris Al-Suwaiket Ibn Pharos and Minya Abu Znaiqa, then the stallion Rashid Al Suwaiket, son of Saham Al Shaqab and Menia Abu Zneika.
He continued, “This year, we included the stallion Jamil Al-Rayyan in the breeding program, as the program depends on the continuous addition, completeness and consistency of the various stallions. We also strive and study the stallions in the area and the extent of their suitability and influence with our mare.”
He added: “I participated in the breeding program for the farm since last year, to be the first participation in the breeding program,” saying: “I have a different thinking from my father’s, as my father focuses in the breeding program on the closed family, while I like to use all the best plies without any reservation and I do not have Qoyod ”, pointing out that the love of horses and the pursuit of serving their people called us to establish a center for breeding, artificial insemination and treatment services.
And he continued: “Egyptian horses” are present in all the kingdom’s stalls because it is the basis of the mixed horse. We participated in the Eastern Championship for Egyptian Horses and achieved advanced positions, and we need more championships so that the competition will be continuous. .
