Yakouta was born in October 1937, at the Zahra Station for Purebred Arabian Horses, “Kafr Farouk previously”, to mother daughter Risala and Father Blance, and was registered in the horse genealogy register number 3, sheet 2, with descriptions: “A blonde with a flint, an incoming and a vowel, without a quarter note.”
“Yaqouta” belongs to the Al-Kahilan halter and is considered one of the most important mare of this halter. .

Yaqouta is one of the mare’s sons of Blance, who is considered one of the best sire who produced horses for the race, and her mother is a daughter of Risala, who belongs to Al-Rasan Kahilan Ruwaidan, and the mare Anayat is known internationally as Bam Al-Saqr, where her son Saqr won many championships abroad.
It is noteworthy that Dr. Abdel-Alim Ashoub, head of the education department at Kafr Farouk station, attended the birth of “Yaqouta”, whose name was changed to “Zahra Station” after the 1952 revolution.
